Job summary

S&P Global Market Intelligence in Islamabad seeks an Associate, Client Support (Non-Financial Corporates) to serve as an expert for the Capital IQ Pro Platform, providing diagnostic conversations and driving product usage and revenue across enterprise clients.

You will train clients, conduct product demos, mentor new associates, and collaborate with Sales, Content, Product and Technical Support to deliver exceptional service and enduring client relationships.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills to service clients and internal teams.
• Willing to learn multiple industries including Financial Services sectors.
• Able to work night/evening shifts and weekend rotation as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal staff via phone, email, and chat.
• Support a client base across Investment Banking, Private Equity, Investment Management, Financial Corporate, and Non-Financial Corporate segments.
• Handle ~100 client interactions per month and conduct product demos or training.
• Mentor new hires and contribute to knowledge base.
• Create and update knowledge resources for internal and client use.
