Job summary

Mindshare in Karachi, Pakistan, is seeking a Manager Data & Analytics to quantify and optimize campaigns, deliver insights, and support media teams across markets.

You will work with data tools, develop dashboards, and translate complex data into strategic recommendations, collaborating with stakeholders to raise campaign performance. The role offers a hybrid work model within the WPP Media network.

Qualifications

• This role requires a Master’s degree in a relevant field and at least 2 years of experience in media/marketing data and analytics.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Understand business needs of internal stakeholders and translate data into business insights.
• Support analytics agendas impacting campaigns and develop measurement frameworks.
• Become proficient with systems and tools within GroupM and the industry.
• Build relationships across disciplines and countries and deliver client reporting.
• Formulate strategic recommendations with the analytics team based on insights.
