Job summary

Mindshare Pakistan is seeking a Manager Data & Analytics to join our team, supporting the Associate Business Director – Digital & Data. You will quantify and measure the success of campaigns, deliver insights, and optimize performance across media channels.

You will work with data tools to provide strategic solutions, build dashboards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth while embracing Mindshare’s hybrid work model in Pakistan.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Marketing or Finance.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in media/marketing data and analytics.
• Proficiency with data tools and building dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Understand internal stakeholder needs and translate data into business insights.
• Support analytics agendas impacting campaigns.
• Develop measurement frameworks for campaigns and pipelines.
• Collaborate to develop new tools and solutions.
• Collate data and deliver client reporting.
• Audit external tools to expand market knowledge.
