Cosmetique is looking for an experienced E‑Commerce Manager to lead and grow our online business. You will oversee the e‑commerce site and marketplaces, optimize product listings, and drive sales, traffic, and conversions.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in e‑commerce management, hands‑on Shopify/WooCommerce experience, and strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and online merchandising. Strong analytical and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E‑Commerce or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in E‑Commerce Management.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or other platforms.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and online merchandising.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Experience in skincare/beauty/healthcare/retail preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage and optimize the company’s e-commerce website and online marketplaces.
• Develop strategies to increase online sales, traffic, and conversions.
• Monitor product listings, pricing, inventory, and promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate with the marketing, design, and operations teams.
• Analyze website performance, customer behavior, and sales reports.
• Ensure a seamless online shopping experience for customers.
