Job summary

TalentPop App is hiring a remote Customer Service Representative to handle inquiries across email, live chat, phone, and social media on a full-time basis. You will resolve order questions, provide product details, handle returns, and escalate complex issues as needed.

You should have strong English, at least 1 year of remote customer service experience, and familiarity with helpdesk tools; a customer-first mindset and ability to work independently in a remote setup are essential.

At TalentPop App, we are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, and we are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our fully remote, full-time team.

What You'll Do

• Respond to customer inquiries through email, live chat, phone, and/or social media in a timely and professional manner
• Assist customers with order-related questions, shipping updates, product information, and return requests
• Deliver consistent, high-quality responses that reflect our service standards
• Identify customer needs and provide thoughtful, solutions-oriented support
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when needed

What We're Looking For

• Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal
• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience
• Familiarity with helpdesk tools such as Gorgias, Zendesk, or Shopify is a strong advantage
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple conversations simultaneously
• Adaptable and comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Technical Requirements

• Personally owned PC or laptop (borrowed equipment is not accepted)
• Minimum 25 Mbps upload and download internet speed
• Dedicated and quiet workspace
