Job summary

TalentPop App is seeking a results-driven Sales Support Rep – Email & Chat to deliver world-class written support while spotting revenue opportunities through upselling, cross-selling and retention. This is a fully remote, non-voice role focused solely on professional written communication.

Qualifications

• Excellent written English communication.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Experience with helpdesk tools such as Zendesk, Intercom, or similar systems.
• Strong KPI-driven mindset focused on service quality and revenue growth.
• Understanding of e-commerce operations and online customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via email and live chat.
• Resolve product and order concerns accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction scores and fast resolution times.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities during support interactions.
