Job summary

TalentPop App is hiring a remote Customer Service Representative to handle inquiries across email, live chat, phone, and social media on a full-time basis. You will resolve order questions, provide product details, handle returns, and escalate complex issues as needed.

You should have strong English, at least 1 year of remote customer service experience, and familiarity with helpdesk tools; a customer-first mindset and ability to work independently in a remote setup are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through email, live chat, phone, and/or social media in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist customers with order-related questions, shipping updates, product information, and return requests.
• Deliver consistent, high-quality responses that reflect our service standards.
• Identify customer needs and provide thoughtful, solutions-oriented support.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when needed.
