StardomNow in Lahore, Pakistan is seeking a Customer Support Agent to assist customers across travel, packaging and client accounts. You will be the first point of contact for inquiries related to bookings, shipments and product launches, handling calls, emails and live chat with courtesy and accuracy.

You will rotate shifts to cover UK and US business hours, maintain precise records of interactions, and escalate issues as needed.

Formación

• Excellent verbal and written English skills.
• Calm under pressure with a patient, courteous manner.
• Willing to rotate shifts.
• Experience in contact centre is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM or helpdesk software is a plus.

Responsabilidades
