Job summary

easycomission is seeking a full-time Operations role in Islamabad, Pakistan. You will be the first point of contact for customers and vendors, handling inquiries via chat, phone and email, and ensuring bookings stay on track.

You will resolve issues, follow up on open jobs, and fairly manage refunds and complaints while collaborating with the product team. The ideal candidate has 1+ year of customer support experience, strong English and Urdu communication, and is comfortable with weekend
