Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Support Representative. The Customer Support Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with troubleshooting, solving customer problems, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Customer Support Representative will also be responsible for maintaining accurate customer information in the system and providing timely follow-up to customers.
