InToday is a Canadian healthcare software company. We are hiring one full-time, fully remote Customer Onboarding & Software Training Specialist. Applicants in Pakistan and elsewhere are welcome.
You will get on calls with physicians, therapists and their teams, demonstrate our software, answer questions and patiently guide people who are not especially tech-savvy. Help customers complete tasks themselves and check that they understand. As we onboard more practices, customer calls and training will be the priority.
Create accurate help guides, product walkthroughs, short training videos and useful marketing/social media materials. Learn the real product, check every instruction and take work from a brief to a polished, useful result.
Excellent spoken and written English; clear, patient teaching; critical thinking; reliable internet and a quiet workspace for calls. Show existing production work in customer onboarding, training, help content or marketing/social media, and explain your personal contribution. Personal, freelance, class and professional projects count; quality matters more than a particular degree.
Use company-provided AI tools to research, draft, edit and produce work faster. You must check AI output against the actual software and use your own judgment. Please give a concrete example: the task, tool, result, and how you caught errors or verified accuracy.
