CureMD is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead end-to-end analysis and drive strategic initiatives within CureMD's Product Development Process. You will guide cross-functional teams, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and shape product direction to ensure alignment with business objectives and technical solutions.

The role emphasizes delivering high-quality requirements, mentor junior analysts, and ensure traceability from user stories to architecture while coordinating with engineering

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of experience in business analysis or related roles.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of system integrations, APIs, and documentation practices.

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end business analysis lifecycle, driving strategic initiatives and ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical solutions. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, guide cross‑functional teams, and play a key role in shaping product direction while ensuring adherence to CureMD's Product Development Process.

Job Responsibilities

• Research & Analysis: Lead stakeholder engagements to define project scope and objectives. Perform market analysis, system evaluation, and gap analysis to identify opportunities. Ensure high‑quality requirement documentation and business case development.
• Concept Development & Prototyping: Drive solution design, workflows, and feature definition aligned with business goals. Review and validate prototypes, ensuring usability and scalability. Mentor junior analysts in design and analysis activities.
• Functional Specifications & Architecture: Oversee user stories, test cases, and requirements traceability. Lead solution design discussions and ensure alignment with technical architecture. Conduct impact analysis and ensure compliance with standards.
• Engineering Collaboration & Delivery: Act as a key liaison between business and engineering teams throughout development. Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery. Oversee testing phases and ensure solution quality.
• Rollout & Adoption: Define rollout strategies and ensure successful product adoption. Coordinate with stakeholders for training, release planning, and support readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of experience in business analysis or related roles.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams in Agile or similar environments.
• Knowledge of system integrations, APIs, and documentation practices.
• Healthcare domain experience is a plus.
