Job summary

Karsaz (Pvt.) Limited, a leading engineering solutions provider, seeks a proactive CSS Executive to support customer service operations, coordinate with clients, and ensure timely, high-quality service delivery. You will liaise with internal teams to ensure project milestones are met and maintain clear service records.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in B.Com, BBA, BE Mechanical, or BE Electrical, with 1–2 years' related experience and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in B.Com, BBA, BE Mechanical, or BE Electrical.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in customer service, customer support, coordination, or a similar role.
