Job summary

Karsaz (Pvt.) Limited in Karachi seeks an Engineering Coordinator to organize and monitor day‑to‑day engineering activities. You will coordinate with project sites, clients, and internal teams, ensuring timely completion and proper documentation.

The role requires BE in Electronics/Electrical/Mechatronics and strong communication, organization, and MS Office skills. Fresh graduates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule meetings with project sites, clients, and internal stakeholders.
• Assist Line Manager in planning and executing day-to-day engineering activities.
• Maintain daily activity logs and provide regular updates to the Line Manager.
• Prepare monthly, semi-annual, and annual performance reports for field teams.
• Maintain accurate and organized filing systems (soft and hard).
• Coordinate with Accounts, Finance, HR, BDC, Customer Support and others for smooth execution of activities.
• Act as focal point between Head Office, field teams and project sites.
• Maintain communication with client POCs via calls, emails, letters and official correspondence.
• Monitor and follow up on assigned activities to ensure timely completion.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Line Manager / HOD.

Karsaz (Pvt.) Limited is looking for a motivated, technically proficient, and well-organized Engineering Coordinator to join our team in Karachi.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, safety standards, and applicable regulations.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings with project sites, clients, and internal stakeholders.
• Assist the Line Manager in planning and executing day-to-day engineering activities.
• Maintain daily activity logs and provide regular updates to the Line Manager.
• Prepare monthly, semi-annual, and annual performance reports for field teams.
• Maintain accurate and organized soft and hard filing systems.
• Coordinate with Accounts, Finance, HR, Business Development, Customer Support, and other relevant departments for smooth execution of activities.
• Serve as the departmental focal person between Head Office, field teams, and project sites.
• Establish and maintain effective communication with client POCs through calls, emails, letters, and official correspondence.
• Monitor and follow up on assigned activities to ensure timely completion.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Line Manager / HOD.

Must Have

• BE - Electronics / Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering
• Fresh Graduates – 2 Years
• Strong reporting, documentation, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent coordination, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Sound understanding of engineering principles, standards, and practices.
• Strong technical knowledge of engineering equipment relevant to the assigned domain.
