Job summary

Karsaz (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a Finance Controller to join our Karachi engineering team. You will drive project cost control, budgeting, forecasting and MIS reporting while delivering actionable financial insights for strategic decisions.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of project finance experience, a finance degree, and familiarity with ERP systems. Strong Excel skills and ability to collaborate across Engineering, Operations and Procurement are essential.

Qualifications

• Prepare project feasibility studies, budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor project costs, budgets and variances.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and inefficiencies.
• Manage MIS reporting, financial analysis and cost controls.
• Support inventory, receivables, payables and accounting controls.
• Provide actionable financial insights for informed decisions.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Procurement and Accounts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project cost control and budgeting for engineering initiatives.
• Conduct financial analysis to support project decisions.
• Prepare periodic MIS reports and forecasts.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial discipline.

Karsaz (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Finance Controller to join our Engineering team in Karachi.
The Finance Controller will play a key role in project cost control, budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, and financial performance management, while providing valuable financial insights to support business decisions.

Responsibilities

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in Project Finance, Cost Control, Engineering Finance, Manufacturing, or Industrial Accounting
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• ACCA / CMA / CIMA / CA Inter will be an advantage
• Strong command of MS Excel, budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis
• ERP experience (SAP / Oracle / Dynamics) is required
• Power BI knowledge will be an advantage
