Job summary

Karsaz Ltd is seeking an Assistant Manager – Sales & Marketing to drive business growth and expand your client base across target industries. You will lead proposals, coordinate with engineering teams, and present solutions to customers and end-users.

In this role, you will develop and implement business development strategies, manage sales targets, and build strong customer relationships while working with OEM partners in a dynamic environment. Karachi-based, full-time.

Qualifications

• MBA in Marketing, Sales, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Project Sales, B2B Sales, or Industrial Sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong business acumen and customer-focused problem solving.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads and identify potential clients across target industries.
• Develop and implement business development strategies to expand market presence.
• Identify opportunities, qualify prospects, and arrange client meetings.
• Prepare and deliver technical and commercial presentations.
• Coordinate with customers, engineering teams, and OEMs to meet specs.
• Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, tender submissions, and contracts.
• Identify and develop new suppliers and business partners.
• Prepare sales forecasts, BD reports, and management presentations.
• Achieve sales targets while maintaining strong customer relationships.
