Limo Stack is seeking dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join their team providing exceptional support to US-based luxury limousine and chauffeur clients. As a primary contact for customers, you will handle bookings, resolve inquiries, and ensure a smooth and professional experience through clear communication and a polished phone manner. This role requires working the night shift aligned with US business hours to support client needs efficiently. Prior experience in customer service or call centers and fluency in English with a neutral accent are essential for success in this position. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, multitasks effectively, and maintains accurate records using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from US customers.
• Process and manage limousine and chauffeur service bookings, providing accurate quotes to customers.
• Address customer inquiries, requests to change bookings, and complaints calmly while delivering excellent service.
• Coordinate ride scheduling with dispatch and driver teams to confirm timely and accurate services.
• Maintain up-to-date customer and booking information within the CRM system with precision.
• Conduct follow-up communications to ensure customer satisfaction and a seamless service experience.
• Demonstrate strong multitasking skills by handling multiple communication channels effectively under pressure.
• Maintain a professional phone manner with clear spoken English using a neutral accent appropriate for US clientele.
• Adapt quickly to new booking and CRM software technologies and tools.
• Ensure punctuality, dependability, and a reliable work environment during night shift hours.
