Job summary

Chainfore Private Limited in Lahore is seeking a Customer Sales Representative for outbound calling and onboarding. You will contact new signups, confirm details, explain the service, and assist families in completing their profile and payment.

Responsibilities

• Call new signups within 30 minutes of registration.

• Guide customers through profile completion and verification.
• Log every call, outcome, objection and callback time in the CRM.
• Hand off complaints, refunds and technical issues to the support team.
• Meet daily call and weekly conversion targets.

About the role

We are launching a new consumer platform for families, nationally and internationally. You will be the first human voice a customer hears from us. Your job is to call people who have signed up, confirm their details, explain how the service works, and help them complete their profile and payment.

This is an outbound, target-driven role with a service tone. It is not inbound customer support and it is not hard selling. You will be speaking with parents and guardians, so respect, patience and discretion matter more than pressure.

Responsibilities

• Call new signups within 30 minutes of registration during your shift
• Confirm identity and identify the parent or guardian handling the account
• Explain the process, pricing and refund guarantee clearly in Urdu and English
• Share payment details on WhatsApp and stay with the customer until payment is confirmed
• Guide customers through profile completion and verification
• Follow up with paid users who have not completed their profile
• Log every call, outcome, objection and callback time in the CRM
• Hand off complaints, refunds and technical issues to the support team
• Meet daily call and weekly conversion targets

Qualifications

• Fluent, polite spoken Urdu; working English
• Comfortable speaking with parents and elders about family matters
• Able to handle objections calmly without being pushy
• Basic comfort with WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets and a CRM
• Reliable attendance on fixed shifts, including evening hours
• Any customer-facing experience, internship or university society role is a plus

Preferred

• Experience in telesales, admissions, education counselling, insurance or real estate calling
• Punjabi speaking ability
• Experience dealing with overseas families

Compensation

• Competitive base salary
• Commission on every paid conversion
• Performance bonus on monthly targets

Shifts

• Shift A: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
• Shift B: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM
• Monday to Saturday, Sunday off
