Alpha Alliances is a Rawalpindi-based telecommunications business focused on connectivity and reliable communication services. The Customer Sales Representative will help customers understand available services, identify suitable options, and support a professional customer experience.

The role requires clear communication, active listening, and the ability to explain telecom offerings in simple terms. You will work on-site in Rawalpindi, pursuing sales targets while providing excellent service

• Coordinate with colleagues to resolve customer concerns and support timely service setup or follow-up.


• Share customer feedback and market observations with the team to help improve sales approaches.

This is an on-site role based in Rawalpindi. The representative should be comfortable working directly with customers and staying informed about telecommunications offerings and updates.
