Qualifications

Basic computer and CRM knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

The ACE Services is a growing construction estimating and pre-construction firm that helps contractors, developers, and builders win more bids through accurate cost estimates, material takeoffs, shop drawings, and permit sets. We are expanding our team and looking for a motivated Telesales Representative to join our on-site office in Faisalabad.

Job Summary

As a Telesales Representative, you will connect with international clients over the phone, introduce our construction estimation services, qualify leads, and convert prospects into long-term clients. This role is ideal for confident communicators who enjoy sales and want to grow in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries from international clients
Introduce and explain the company's services to potential customers
Qualify leads and follow up on quotes and proposals
Convert prospects into clients through effective selling
Maintain accurate records in CRM software
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Handle customer objections professionally
Collaborate with the sales and estimation teams

Requirements

Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written) are a must
Must be comfortable working the night shift (7:00 PM - 4:00 AM)
Able to work on-site at Misaqul Mall, Faisalabad
Prior telesales or call-center experience preferred (fresh graduates with strong English are welcome)
Goal-oriented and comfortable in a target-driven, commission-based environment
Basic computer and CRM knowledge is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

Salary for freshers: PKR 25,000 - 35,000 (final package based on experience and skill level)
5% commission on every sale
