The role requires clear communication, active listening, and the ability to explain telecom offerings in simple terms. You will work on-site in Rawalpindi, pursuing sales targets while providing excellent service

Responsabilidades

• Engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their communication needs and explain relevant service options.
• Present product and service features clearly, answer questions, and guide customers through the sales process.
• Follow up on customer inquiries and maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and sales activity.
• Work toward assigned sales and service targets while maintaining courteous, ethical customer communication.
• Coordinate with colleagues to resolve customer concerns and support timely service setup or follow-up.
• Share customer feedback and market observations with the team to help improve sales approaches.
