Job summary

Translation Empire PK is seeking a dedicated CPD Officer to plan, coordinate, and execute CPD initiatives across the organization. You will maintain training records, assist with development plans, and collaborate with teams to promote continuous learning.

The role requires 1–3 years of experience in training or HR, a basic understanding of CPD frameworks, and proficiency in MS Office and LMS tools. Work is Office-based in Islamabad/Rawalpindi with a focus on compliance and staff development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
• 1-3 years of experience in training, professional development, or a similar HR function.
• Basic knowledge of CPD frameworks and continuous learning principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with LMS tools.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and administration of CPD programs in alignment with organizational goals
• Maintain accurate records of CPD participation and certifications
• Assist in preparing CPD materials, event coordination, and communication with employees
• Help monitor individual development plans and ensure compliance with professional standards
• Gather and analyze feedback from CPD sessions to evaluate program effectiveness
• Coordinate logistics for internal and external CPD activities, including seminars and workshops
• Keep abreast of industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to professional development
