Job summary

Translation Empire PK is seeking a committed Continuous Professional Development (CPD) Officer to support planning, coordination, and execution of CPD initiatives across the organization. This role maintains training records and assists with development plans to promote continuous learning.

The CPD Officer will collaborate with stakeholders, coordinate CPD activities, and ensure compliance with professional standards. Work from Office in Islamabad/Rawalpindi (DHA 1 Sector F).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Business Administration or related field.
• 1–3 years’ experience in training, PD or HR function.
• Familiarity with CPD frameworks and LMS concepts.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and administration of CPD programs aligned with organizational goals.
• Maintain accurate records of CPD participation and certifications.
• Assist in preparing CPD materials and event coordination.
• Communicate with employees to promote continuous learning.

The CPD Officer will play a hands‑on role in maintaining training records, assisting with development plans, and collaborating with stakeholders to promote continuous learning across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation and administration of CPD programs in alignment with organizational goals.
• Maintain accurate records of CPD participation and certifications.
• Assist in preparing CPD materials, event coordination, and communication with employees.
• Help monitor individual development plans and ensure compliance with professional standards.
• Gather and analyze feedback from CPD sessions to evaluate program effectiveness.
• Coordinate logistics for internal and external CPD activities, including seminars and workshops.
• Keep abreast of industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to professional development.

Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
• 1–3 years of experience in training, professional development, or a similar HR function.
• Basic knowledge of CPD frameworks and continuous learning principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with LMS tools.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Certification (Preferred):

• Relevant CPD, HR, or L&D certifications (e.g., CIPD Level 3, SHRM Essentials, ATD Fundamentals) will be an advantage.
