Translation Empire PK is seeking a results-driven CPD Manager in Islamabad/RWP to lead teacher training initiatives within a large-scale digital education program. You will manage a team of CPD Coaches, design structured professional development, and mentor educators to improve classroom practice.

You’ll collaborate with academic teams, report outcomes to project leadership, and travel up to 50% to oversee on-ground rollout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 2–3 years in training development and delivery for teachers.
• Prior teaching experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and manage teams.
• Strong understanding of pedagogical frameworks and classroom challenges.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Tech-savvy, organized, and adaptable to a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel extensively within project regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 9–10 CPD Coaches.
• Design and implement teacher support plans for public schools.
• Oversee onboarding and training of CPD Coaches.
• Monitor training impact via data collection and reporting.
• Collaborate with academic teams to align training with best practices.
• Engage school leaders and officials to support implementation.
• Update training materials based on feedback.
• Deliver progress reports and strategic recommendations.
