Job summary

PostEx in Lahore is hiring an Associate Product Manager to support the end-to-end product lifecycle. You will work with cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into product requirements and user stories.

Responsibilities include market and customer research, KPI monitoring, and coordinating UAT and feature rollouts. The role emphasizes collaboration, analytics, and disciplined product delivery in a fast-paced fintech/logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, CS, Engineering, Economics, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Product Management or related roles.
• Strong understanding of product development lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience conducting market research, customer surveys, and competitor analysis.
• Ability to translate business requirements into actionable product requirements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and presentation tools.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Figma, Mixpanel/GA or similar tools.

• Prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.
• Monitor product KPIs and user behavior to evaluate product performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Prepare product documentation, business cases, presentations, and reports for stakeholders and management.
• Coordinate UAT, product testing, feature rollouts, and post-launch monitoring.
• Conduct surveys and structured customer research to validate product ideas and proposed features.

Requirements:
