Responsibilities include developing and maintaining talent pipelines, posting job openings across multiple platforms, and proactively reaching out to potential candidates through LinkedIn and other channels. The role involves collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, refine job descriptions, and ensure a consistent, inclusive hiring process. The US Recruiter will also handle candidate communication, interview scheduling, feedback collection, and basic recruitment reporting. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lahore.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit candidates for US-based job requirements.
• Source and submit qualified candidates within a short turnaround time, especially for urgent positions.
• Handle candidate screening, interviews, follow-ups, and submissions.
• Communicate with US clients, vendors, and staffing partners.
• Manage requirements from job intake through successful placement.
• Maintain strong candidate relationships and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Work on multiple positions and prioritize urgent requirements.

Required Knowledge

• Strong understanding of US Staffing / US Recruitment.
• Experience with C2C, B2B, W2, 1099, Contract, and Direct Hire.
• Working knowledge of US work authorization and visa categories such as H-1B, OPT/CPT, EAD, Green Card, and US Citizen.
• Experience with client handling and position closures.
• Strong sourcing, Boolean search, screening, negotiation, and communication skills.
