Motive is seeking a Content Manager to own and optimize the content library within Responsive (RFPIO) across regions. You will govern proposals, templates, and translations, coordinating with product, sales, and marketing to ensure accuracy and regional alignment.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in content strategy or proposal management, strong PM skills, and experience with RFPIO or similar platforms. This role supports global sales and content governance in a dynamic SaaS environment.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in content strategy, proposal management, or sales enablement.
• Hands-on experience with RFPIO, Loopio, or similar RFP platforms.
• Deep understanding of the proposal lifecycle in a B2B SaaS or tech environment.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage large content libraries.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of coordinating with global teams.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end content lifecycle within Responsive (RFPIO), including curation, tagging, auditing, and archiving.
• Maintain proposal content governance: review cadences, version control, and stakeholder coordination.
• Collaborate with Product, Solutions Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to ensure content accuracy and regional compliance.
• Maintain regional content collections and templates (U.S., Mexico, Canada, Europe) and oversee translations.
• Tag and review content to improve AI-assisted response quality in Responsive.
• Manage reusable modular content blocks across top RFP categories to speed drafting.
• Support development of proposal templates and proactive sales proposal formats.
