Job summary

Motive is seeking a Content Manager to develop, maintain, and optimize our content library within RFPIO. You’ll act as the central point for governance across regions and product pods, collaborating with proposal managers, product marketing, sales engineering, and SMEs on standardized content.

You will ensure accurate content across regions, oversee translations, and drive AI-assisted response quality. This role requires strong PM skills and global collaboration in a fast-paced, B2B environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in content strategy, technical writing, proposal management, or sales enablement.
• Hands-on experience with Responsive, Loopio, SharePoint or similar RFP platforms.
• Deep understanding of the proposal lifecycle in a B2B SaaS or tech environment.
• Strong project management skills and comfort managing large content libraries.
• Familiarity with AI-powered search or content automation tools is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to coordinate across global teams, bi-lingual skills are a plus.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with a process-first mindset.
• Experience supporting global sales teams or working in international markets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end content lifecycle within RFPIO, including curation, tagging, auditing, and archiving.
• Maintain proposal content governance framework with review cadences and version control.
• Collaborate with Product, Solutions Engineering, Sales, and Marketing for content accuracy and alignment.
• Oversee regional content collections and translations across regions.
• Tag and review content to improve AI-assisted response quality.
• Manage modular content blocks across top RFP categories for faster drafting.
• Support development of proposal templates and proactive sales formats.
