Job summary

VIDIZMO is seeking a detail-driven proposal professional to manage the bid pipeline from discovery to submission. You will qualify bids, ensure complete, compliant responses, and use AI tools to accelerate drafting and reviews.

A background in RFP responses to government or enterprise deals and the ability to meet strict deadlines are essential. Remote-friendly role with a focus on global public-sector and enterprise opportunities.

Qualifications

2+ years writing responses to government or enterprise RFPs, RFIs and RFQs.
Bachelor's degree in Business, English, Communications, CS, Engineering or related field.
Experience with bid portals such as SAM.gov and state procurement sites.

Responsibilities

Find public-sector and enterprise bids on portals and qualify them against our products and priorities.
Write and submit complete, compliant RFP/RFI/RFQ responses on or before every deadline.
Build compliance matrices and answer requirements clearly.
Make no-bid decisions and explain the reasoning to the team.
Write proposals for the team's larger deals.
Review won/lost bids and apply learnings to improve next bids.
Use Claude or similar AI daily for bid research, drafting, compliance checks and reviews.
