Job summary

Motive is seeking a Content Manager to own the end-to-end content lifecycle for RFPIO and related proposal assets. You will govern content across regions, coordinate with product marketing, sales, and SMEs, and ensure alignment with regional compliance and messaging.

You will oversee regional content collections, tag content for AI-assisted responses, and manage modular content across major RFP categories. Strong coordination across global teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in content strategy, proposal management, or sales enablement.
• Hands-on experience with RFPIO/Loopio or similar RFP platforms.
• Deep understanding of the proposal lifecycle in a B2B SaaS or tech environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to coordinate globally.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end content lifecycle within Responsive (RFPIO).
• Maintain proposal content governance: review cadences, version control, stakeholder coordination.
• Collaborate with Product, Solutions Engineering, Sales, and Marketing for content accuracy and alignment.
• Maintain regional content collections and templates (U.S., Mexico, Canada, Europe) and oversee translations.
• Tag and review content to improve AI-assisted response quality.
• Manage reusable modular content blocks across top RFP categories.
• Support development of proposal templates and sales proposal formats.
