c2o is hiring an experienced Cold Calling Expert to drive international B2B sales in the UK and USA. You will identify prospects, pitch outsourcing and recruitment solutions, and convert leads into booked meetings.

Ideal candidates have strong English, proven lead generation ability, and experience selling to business owners and senior decision-makers. You will work with the BD team to ensure successful handovers and meet targets.

Qualifications

• Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.

Salary & Commission Structure

Base Salary: PKR 70,000 to 80,000 per month.

Performance-Based Commission: An additional Bonus for every qualified lead successfully converted into a confirmed client meeting.

Commission is subject to meeting verification and qualification criteria established by management.
