Based Beyond is seeking a confident Outbound Sales Executive (Cold Calling) to join its growing e-commerce sales team in Karachi. The role targets US-based businesses, focusing on lead generation, appointment setting, and driving sales for Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Walmart, and other marketplaces.

The ideal candidate has strong English communication and cold calling experience, with ability to engage prospects, schedule meetings, and work the night shift (9:00 PM - 6:00 AM PKT).

Our company provides professional account management services for Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Walmart, and other e-commerce marketplaces to businesses across the United States.

The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, experience in outbound cold calling, and the ability to engage US-based prospects, generate qualified leads, and schedule sales appointments.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to potential US-based clients.
• Introduce and explain our e-commerce account management services.
• Identify potential clients and generate qualified sales leads.
• Communicate with business owners and decision-makers.
• Understand client requirements and identify sales opportunities.
• Schedule meetings and appointments for the senior sales team.
• Handle objections and maintain professional conversations.
• Follow up with interested prospects through calls and emails.
• Maintain daily calling records, lead details, and CRM updates.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling, lead generation, and appointment-setting targets.

Industry Experience

Previous e-commerce experience is not mandatory. Candidates with cold-calling or sales experience in web design, development, digital marketing, IT services, or other industries are welcome. Complete product and service training will be provided.
