Job summary

MDSoft is hiring a cold-calling specialist to book discovery calls with US business owners. The role is on-site at SelfStart Co-Working Space, Cavalry Ground, Lahore, with a 6 PM–3 AM PKT shift, six days a week. You will follow a scripted pitch to set up a 15-minute meeting for our manager.

You\'ll log each call, report end-of-day metrics, and may earn KPI-based rewards and commissions on signed clients. Freshers with strong English welcome.

6 PM–3 AM PKT, 6 days a week

The job

• Call US businesses from a lead list.
• The pitch is simple and scripted: book a 15-minute discovery call with our manager — you don't close, you book.
• Log every call in one line; report 4 end-of-day numbers.

Must-haves

• Fluent spoken English — confident on the phone with Americans, no hesitation.
• Able to commute to Cavalry Ground for every shift.

Nice-to-have

• Prior cold-calling, BPO, or telesales experience (freshers with strong English welcome).

What you earn

• Probation (first 2 months): PKR 50,000/month — PKR 35,000 basic + PKR 15,000 allowance.
• After probation: PKR 70,000/month — the 50k plus PKR 20,000 in KPI rewards added to your salary.
• Commission: 5% recurring — on every client that signs up from the calls you book, paid to you every month for as long as that client stays with us. Good callers build a second income stream on top of salary.

Script, lead list, and full training provided from day one; team lead on the floor.
