Qualifications

• Proven experience in international cold calling targeting US/UK clients.
• Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation.
• Strong B2B sales, persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads and book qualified appointments.
• Experience communicating with business owners and senior decision-makers.
• Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation tools.
• Ability to handle high-volume outbound calls and meet targets.
• Experience selling outsourcing, recruitment or staffing services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calls daily to potential UK and US clients.
• Identify and connect with business owners, directors, and hiring managers.
• Pitch outsourcing, recruitment, and offshore staffing services.
• Convert qualified leads into confirmed meetings with prospects.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.
• Handle objections professionally and negotiate effectively.
• Record all calls, leads, follow-ups and meetings in the CRM.
• Coordinate with the business development team for smooth handovers.
• Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
