S&P Global Market Intelligence seeks an Associate, Client Support (Non-Financial Corporates) in Islamabad. You will serve as an expert for the Capital IQ Pro Platform, delivering diagnostics, product usage guidance, and training to enterprise clients.

As part of Client Services, you will interact with Sales, Content, Product, News, and Technical Support teams, supporting a diverse client base and mentoring new associates while expanding industry knowledge.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills essential.
• Willingness to learn multiple industries and adapt to shifts.
• Open to working night/evening shifts and weekend rotation for 1–2 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and web chats for industry, content, and product consulting.
• Support clients across Investment Banking, Private Equity, Investment Management, Financial Corporate, and Non-Financial Corporate segments.
• Mentor and train new hires as a senior associate and demonstrate best practices.
