Job summary

S&P Global, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Client Services Associate in Islamabad to work with clients, helping optimize workflows and data analysis needs. After initial training, you will support clients via phone, chat, and email, then provide tailored product training across Capital IQ and related platforms.

The role emphasizes learning finance concepts, building client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve questions and enhance client success.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in finance/economics/accounting or related field.
• Fresh to up to 6 months of relevant experience.
• Solid knowledge of finance and accounting principles to resolve client questions.
• Excellent written and verbal presentation, communication and customer service skills.
• Passion for building relationships with finance professionals and enthusiasm in learning in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Support clients over the phone, via web chats and emails after training.
• Deliver tailored assistance to help clients maximize usage of Market Intelligence products.
• Proactively reach out to clients to provide product training and support.
• Collaborate with Sales, Content, Product and Technical Support teams.
