Qualifications

• Strong Client Services and Customer Service skills, with a focus on building and maintaining professional relationships.
• Effective Communication abilities, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening skills.
• Experience in supporting Customer Satisfaction initiatives, including handling feedback and resolving concerns promptly.
• Basic understanding of Finance concepts to assist with client billing, payment queries, and related documentation.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Management, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common business communication tools.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple client requests simultaneously.
• Prior experience in client-facing roles within consulting, construction, or related industries is an advantage.

Role Description

The Client Services Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Islamabad. This position is responsible for managing client relationships, responding to inquiries, and ensuring timely resolution of issues. Day-to-day tasks include handling client communication via phone, email, and in person, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and coordinating with internal teams to support project delivery and service quality. The role also involves monitoring client satisfaction, providing status updates on ongoing work, and supporting billing or finance-related queries as needed. The Client Services Representative is expected to contribute to a professional, service-oriented environment and uphold company standards in all client interactions.
