Job summary

Decklaration's 1Now platform empowers car rental owners to manage listings, bookings, and customers without heavy commissions. We are seeking a proactive Client Success Specialist to onboard clients, get them generating bookings, and grow their rental business.

You will activate clients, retain relationships, guide marketing efforts, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and tech teams to ensure a smooth experience with measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Marketing, Sales, or Business Development, preferably in SaaS.
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle, engagement, and retention strategies.
• Experience using CRM or customer engagement tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Intercom).
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and customer acquisition.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts.
• Problem-solving mindset with a passion for client satisfaction and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Client Activation: Help newly onboarded clients set up their listings, manage vehicles, and start receiving bookings using the 1Now platform.
• Retention & Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring they are consistently satisfied and active.
• Booking Enablement: Assist clients in generating bookings through platform guidance, listing optimization, and lead coordination.
• Marketing Guidance: Educate clients on how to promote their car rental business through online channels (social media, listings, local ads, etc.).
• Client Engagement Tracking: Monitor client usage data to identify inactive clients and take steps to re-engage them.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and tech teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
• Feedback Loop: Gather client feedback to help improve platform features and user experience.
