Scaleup Connect is seeking a proactive Customer Acquisition Specialist to drive growth by identifying and engaging companies that need recruitment services. You will focus on lead generation, outbound outreach, and appointment setting with hiring decision-makers to help convert qualified prospects into long-term clients.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Confidence in cold calling and outbound outreach.
• Ability to build rapport with prospective clients.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and professional networking platforms.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools or sales tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead Research & Prospect Identification: Identify companies actively hiring or expanding teams; research potential clients via LinkedIn, job portals, directories; maintain an organized prospect database.
• Outbound Client Outreach: Conduct cold calls to introduce Scaleup Connect's recruitment services; reach decision-makers via LinkedIn, email and WhatsApp; clearly explain the value of our solutions.
• Appointment Scheduling: Qualify prospects; schedule discovery meetings between prospects and the Business Development Officer; ensure clear meeting purpose and value; maintain lead records in CRM.
• Follow-ups & Engagement: Conduct follow-up calls/messages to improve attendance; re-engage interested prospects; build rapport to strengthen conversion opportunities.
