Job summary

1Now is seeking a proactive Client Success Specialist to help SaaS customers activate, engage, and grow their car rental businesses on the platform.

You will guide clients through onboarding, support retention, optimize listings for bookings, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure measurable outcomes and high satisfaction. Strong English communication and CRM familiarity are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Marketing, Sales, or BD.
Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.
Strong understanding of customer lifecycle, engagement and retention.
Experience with CRM or customer engagement tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Intercom).

Responsibilities

Client Activation: onboard listings, manage vehicles, start bookings.
Retention & Relationship Management: build long-term client relationships.
Booking Enablement: assist clients to generate bookings via guidance and optimization.
Marketing Guidance: advise on promoting the rental business online.
Client Engagement Tracking: monitor usage and re-engage inactive clients.
Cross-Team Collaboration: coordinate with sales, marketing, and tech teams.
Feedback Loop: collect client feedback to improve features.
