Job summary

Nord Assist in Pakistan seeks a motivated customer support professional to be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring quick resolution and high satisfaction. You will onboard new clients, troubleshoot issues, and maintain accurate CRM records while building long-term trust and retention.

You will succeed with 1+ years in customer-facing roles, strong communication, patience under pressure, and experience with Zendesk, Intercom, or HubSpot.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer support, success, or a client-facing role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Patience and a calm, solution-focused approach under pressure.
• Comfortable using CRM and helpdesk tools (Zendesk, Intercom, HubSpot, etc.).
• Ability to explain technical or account issues in simple terms.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with a remote team.
• A genuine interest in helping people and solving problems.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client emails, chats, and calls in a timely and professional manner.
• Guide new clients through onboarding and initial setup.
• Troubleshoot account, product, or service issues and raise when needed.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM.
• Follow up proactively to make sure client issues are fully resolved.
• Identify recurring problems and report them to the product or dev team.
• Build strong relationships with clients to improve satisfaction and retention.
• Collect client feedback and share insights with the team.
• Maintain and update help docs, FAQs, and support resources.
