Job summary

Vertical Edge is hiring a Call Center Representative to support a US-based campaign. You will engage in high-volume outbound sales calls, manage client accounts, and strive to exceed monthly targets, all while building lasting customer relationships.

We welcome 0-2 years of experience in Sales, BPO, or Call Center. Strong English communication, self-motivation, and a results-driven mindset are essential as you grow with Vertical Edge.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in Sales, BPO, or Call Center (preferred)
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to grow professionally
