Qualifications

• Graduate or undergraduate (no Intermediate).
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Previous experience in cold calling, outbound sales, or lead generation is mandatory.
• Strong spoken English and excellent communication skills.
• Confidence in engaging potential clients over the phone and should be able to achieve target.
• A professional, disciplined, and target-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to work night shifts aligned with U.S. business hours.
• Should be good at email drafting.

• March - November: 7:00 PM (evening) - 3:00 AM (midnight)
• November - March: 8:00 PM - 4:00 AM

Available Position

Full-Time Cold Calling Agent

• Salary: PKR 40,000 - 65,000 per month (depends on person to person)
• Shift: 8 hours
• Work Mode: On-site, Karachi
• Salary depends on experience, English communication skills, and performance.
