TeleforceCX is hiring as a remote Outbound & Inbound Sales Agent (Opener) for the Pakistan team. You will focus on outbound calling, appointment bookings, live transfers, and handling inbound callbacks from voicemail campaigns.

We offer uncapped commissions with campaign-based structures for full-time and part-time roles. Strong English communication is essential, along with a reliable setup and willingness to work overnight US hours from Pakistan.

Qualifications

• Proficient spoken English with clear phone etiquette.
• Own reliable laptop, USB headset, and stable internet.
• Willing to work overnight US calling hours (Pakistan Time).
• Previous call center or cold-calling experience is a plus; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls using approved scripts.
• Pre-qualify US prospects professionally.
• Schedule appointments or deliver live transfers to closers.
• Handle inbound callbacks from voicemail campaigns.
• Maintain accurate CRM notes and meet performance standards.

Compensation

Full-Time

Schedule

Full-Time Shift

Break Time: 1 hour per shift

Part-Time Shift

Monday – Friday

Optional overtime may be available based on performance and operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls using approved scripts
• Engage and pre-qualify U.S. prospects professionally
• Schedule appointments or deliver compliant live transfers to closers
• Handle inbound callbacks generated from RVM (voicemail) campaigns
• Maintain accurate CRM notes and follow performance standards
