Job summary

FlinkFreight Logistics Pvt Ltd in Rawalpindi is hiring a Sales Executive to identify and win new business within the logistics sector. You will manage client relationships, generate leads, and drive revenue growth through proactive account coverage.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in logistics and freight forwarding.
• Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Conduct follow-ups and client meetings to ensure satisfaction and growth.
• Coordinate with Operations and Dispatch to ensure seamless service.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and customer records.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance objectives.

Pay: 55,000 (PKR) - 65,000 (PKR) per month + Commission (3K + above 80K)+ Provident Fund + EOBI

Location: Rawalpindi

Job Type: Full-Time (Onsite)

Working Hours: 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM

Working Days: Monday - Friday

Note: Preference will be given to candidates residing in Rawalpindi and Islamabad.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the logistics and freight forwarding industry.
• Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term business clients.
• Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Conduct regular follow-ups and client meetings to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
• Coordinate with Operations and Dispatch teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
• Maintain accurate customer records, documentation, and CRM data.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and performance objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital communication tools.
• Previous experience in logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, or B2B sales will be considered an advantage.
