Job summary

Clustox is seeking an Associate Business Analyst to analyze requirements, develop business cases, and bridge between stakeholders and development teams.

You will document requirements, map data flows, conduct impact analysis, and help define scope for initiatives, with emphasis on problem-solving and cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification stated: Bachelor’s in CS or IT.
• 6 months of relevant experience in Business Analysis in a software/tech environment.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
• Experience with wireframe tools such as Figma and Adobe XD.
• Knowledge of Scrum and requirement analysis, gathering, requirements management, and planning (prioritization, change control).
• Strong experience in standard requirements gathering and analysis.

About the job Associate Business Analyst

TheBusiness Analyst is responsible for analyzing and evaluating the requirements and making recommendations for improvement. The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and help identify areas for improvement. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of requirement processes.
