Job summary

Integriti Global is seeking a Business Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis, dedicated initially to one client account. You will gather and analyze business requirements directly from the client, with the role potentially expanding to rotate across other client projects as needed.

You will liaise with clients to understand needs, document and validate requirements, and translate them into user stories or functional specs.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst (or similar role).
• Strong communication skills — comfortable working directly with clients.
• Hands-on experience with Confluence and Trello (or Jira).
• Experience with requirement-gathering techniques (interviews, workshops, surveys).
• Basic understanding of SDLC; Agile/Scrum preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to write clear, structured documentation (BRD, FRS, user stories).
• Comfortable adapting to shifting priorities/projects.
• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Responsibilities

• Facilitate requirement-gathering meetings or workshops with the client
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and confirm delivered solutions meet requirements
• Flexibly adapt to working on a single client project or rotating across multiple projects, based on business needs
