Job summary

Software Finder in Lahore, Pakistan is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to support our lead generation teams with real-time analysis, data management, performance reporting and process improvement.

You will turn data into actionable insights, improve reporting accuracy, maintain historical datasets, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive data-driven decisions and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in business analysis, reporting, operations, data analysis, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar reporting tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
