Job summary

Systems Limited is seeking a Brand Deployment Associate to drive end-to-end brand deployment activities, ensure timely project delivery, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

You will manage POs, GRNs, invoices, vendor records in SAP/Coupa CRA, and support budget tracking, EAN generation, planograms, and data analytics. The role requires collaboration, compliance, and attention to detail to align with business objectives across GTR markets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Brand Operations, Brand Deployment, Supply Chain, Procurement, Project Management, or a similar commercial support role.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of project coordination and stakeholder management.
• Experience working with SAP, Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint), and other business systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Category Managers, Brand Teams, and external stakeholders to ensure timely deployment of activities.
• Manage Purchase Orders (POs), Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs), invoice processing, and supplier follow-ups to ensure smooth procurement and payment processes.
• Maintain 100% compliance in PO management, contact management, invoice tracking, and procurement documentation.
• Execute vendor creation, extension, blocking, and unblocking activities through SAP and Coupa Risk Assessment (CRA) processes while ensuring compliance requirements are met.
• Assist in contract management and maintain accurate vendor records within approved systems.
• Support Budget Spend & Expenditure (BSE) management by maintaining trackers, validating spend data, reconciling expenditures, and preparing regular reporting updates.
• Generate and maintain EAN codes for new product introductions and existing portfolio requirements through the GSI portal while ensuring data accuracy.
• Assist LM in developing and maintaining Planograms (POGs) using off-take insights and SKU performance data through collective collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
