Systems Limited is seeking a Master Data Coordinator to ensure product data completeness and accuracy in line with data requirements and the Global DQ tool. You will collaborate with ODM & RPC teams to support Brand, Regulatory, NPI, Supply Chain, 3PL and Customer operations.

Bring 2–3 years in FMCG data maintenance, SAP proficiency, and strong Excel skills. PowerBI knowledge is a plus; attention to detail and strong communication are essential.

Formación

• 2-3 years’ experience in FMCG data maintenance or supply chain.
• Hands-on SAP experience is a MUST.
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
• PowerBI knowledge is advantageous.
• Ability to maintain data accuracy and governance.

Responsabilidades

• Action product data updates by key stakeholders using data requests and systems.
• Own and maintain PDS & CDS BI reports.
• Support Global obsolescence process managed by ODM.
• Ensure data alignment between ECC and 3PL/JDA with validation checks.
• Assist with data cleansing, harmonization and system setup for deployments.
• Serve as SME for Atrify usage and related processes.

Systems Limited is looking for a Master Data Coordinator position to assist with product data completeness and accuracy in accordance with data specific requirements and the Global DQ tool. The role will work closely with ODM & RPC teams to enable & support the Brand, Regulatory, NPI, Supply Chain, 3PL & Customer operations teams to deliver seamless end to end Supply Chain operation.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

• To action product data update and maintenance requests by the key stakeholders, using the existing data request tools and systems in line with source factory specifications, DQ rules and internal data specifics
• To own and maintain the PDS & CDS BI reports
• To follow and support the Global obsolescence process (owned & managed by ODM, quarterly)
• To ensure consistent data alignment & flow between ECC and 3PL system JDA, by performing various data validation checks throughout the month
• To ensure any system project deployment waves are supported from end market side regarding data cleansing, harmonization and set-up
• To act as SME (Subject Matter Expert) in regard to Atrify system usage, process knowledge and skills related to the role
• To identify, flag and drive efficiency by identifying any process gaps and non-value adding activities in line with the business strategy
• To be familiar and able to use Microsoft Visio for process mapping or update
• To be able to support with ad hoc activities related to the master data
• Ensure all business processes are executed in line with company controls policies and direction

Experience Required

• 2-3 years’ experience working in the FMCG industry
• Previous experiences in Data Maintenance or Supply Chain, preferably multinational FMCG companies
• Hands-on experience using SAP is must
• PowerBI is advantageous
• Proficient in excel, example: VLOOKUP, sum if, pivot tables
• Knowledge and experience in data management
• Organised and detailed oriented mindset exhibited in experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work unsupervised and be results-driven
• Able to work under pressure and build credibility within immediate network
• Experience in driving improvement through efficiency practices and models
